Default When to switch to phase two?

I am presently entering my fourth week of Atkins-Induction Phase.
I have lost 22 pounds of the total of 60 pounds I want to lose by this summer. I work out 4-6 times a week and drink 4 litres of water a day. I feel great and I am getting compliments from everyone at work and at home.

My question is when should i switch over to the OWL phase? I have no problem staying in Induction a little while longer.

Thanks in Advance.
