My name is Wendy aka. Phoenix I was on the Atkins diet around this time last year and I was very succesful. I had to stop because I developed an ulcer. It took me a while to realize that it wasn't the diet that was making me ill. Anyhoo....here I am now ready to jump back on the LC wagon.
I have to say the secret to my success last time was fitday, ketostix and a supportive forum. I have been lurking around for some time looking for a new place to begin and really liked what I have seen and read in this place. You all seem very supportive and informative. I will be starting induction 2-9-04.....Good luck to all
