Default What's your Critical Carb Level for Losing?

After returning to induction after a Christmas binge and slowing going into OWL I think I've discovered my CCLL.

It seems I can lose if I keep the carbs to an average of 24g a day or less. Much over 25 and I just stand still.

I know everyone is different - I wonder if you know your CCLL?
