help with withdrawls
hello, i started the atkins diet just over a week ago and for most of that time i have had the (regular for this diet apparantly) dizziness, fatigue, blacking out, stars, etc...anyway, its getting really annoying and i find it hard to exercise for obvious reasons, does anyone have advice for relieving these symptoms? i generally eat around 20 carbs per day, empty my 32oz nalgene about 3 or more times (into my mouth of course!) and take a multivitamin.
