Bread & Jam
I whipped this up last night for a snack. It's probably close to alot of the pancake recipes but it's not too bad. I had it with some SF strawberry jam.
2 eggs
1/4 cup romano cheese (or parmasan)
1/4 cup soy protein isolate
1 T water
Beat all. Pour into fry pan with melted butter. Flip when able. Brown slightly & spread with jam or syrup. Cut into manageble pieces.
