Eating for Life: Scientific Research Low Carb Diets a Cancer Risk?

Bill Phillips, creator of Body For Life has a new book out called Eating For Life.

An article on his site bashes low carb and high carb alike. Apparently a 3 day study of a low-calorie, very low-carb diet was found to be deficient in several vitamins. So, eat your veggies!
