Question How much exercise while on induction??

I'm normally VERY active and go to the gym about 5 days a week, and lift quite heavy also. But while I'm on induction I'll be toning it down so that I don't lose muscle mass. How much exercise should I be doing (or NOT doing)? I don't want to over-do it, but I want to stay active, and I love going to my gym. I'm trying to blast this last bit of fat that exercise isn't helping. I have had great success, and muscle tone develop in my arms, but I need to get rid of my jiggle bum and hips I'm on day two of induction and have lost some water weight (it can't possibly be fat this soon) and deep into the pink on my keto strips. I'm drinking green tea 2-3 times per day and trying to drink more water also.
Any advice?
Thanks!!
