Default Heya..New to this forum...Seeking answers to my diet needs..

Male...weight is currently 275lbs..

I am not depressed about the weight..Just my gut...I figure if i lose 20lbs or so i would be happy...

My lifecycle is kinda messed up from work life / home life..

I work a 4 day in a row 12 hour work week..then 4 days off...7pm to 7am.

I weightlift & run 5 days a week...workout around 3pm till 4:30/5pm..shower then eat dinner at home....i go to work few hours later i get hungry...hmmm what to eat at 9pm..which on my body cycle it is lunch for a dayshift worker..

Days off from work i do the normal eating lifecycle...breakfast,lunch..workouts are same time as during work days..

Last year i skimmed thru the Atkins diet and tried it...After the first 2 weeks i lost 14lbs.....I loved it but kinda grew tired of the lack of carbs..Pasta / pizza lover here !!

So far ive been doing a low carb / low cal diet....My own style..

Just need some insight on a diet plan...Looking for guidance on meals (what to eat for dinner,lunch...etc)
