So, I went to the doctor today for my yearly (female) physical. She is supportive of my Atkins Diet, but I have (according to their scales) only lost 11 pounds since I started in November. (I know this because I went to her for weight loss then - we tried a couple of pills, and when nothing worked, SHE suggested Atkins.)
The thing is, I know I have lost -
When I started I was a SOLID size 16, and now I fit in most of my 12s and some of my 10s. So what is going on here???

Plus, she found a lump (gulp) in my breast today. Sigh. Guess I just need you all's support.
