Question Frozen cauliflower vs. fresh raw cauliflower

Hi

I have a recipe for scalloped cauliflower that calls for 2 bags of frozen cauliflower. Can I use fresh raw cauliflower instead. Would I need to adjust the cooking time.

Cathie
