Post Do you use carb counts on packages of your food or do you always go by Fitday?

I was wondering. For example, most carb counters like the one in DANDR
says cauliflower has about 4 grams carb (not net). Anyway I bought some
from Walmart and 1 cup is 3 grams 1 fiber so it is 2 net carbs. I think it
would come up higher on Fitday. Thats just one example, but do you
understand what I'm asking?
