Well, we ended up going a little lighter on deadlifts today cause I had no energy and dad's back was very sore. I did some cardio on the treadmill last night

even though I didn't want to. Cardio again tomorrow, depending how I feel, I may run a bit. Not having my oatmeal is making a difference in energy levels. May need to find something to fix the issue.
