Low carbing has become a significant part of my every day eating. I did drop 25 pounds ( which represents 50% of my target ). Most resturants that I patronize have buff. that allow me to pick low card items. I have not lost any weight for a number of months now but on the other hand I am over 20 gm and sort of a maintenance level. I am looking to find a rec. for crackers which is the snack food that I miss in my snacking. I have a bread machine. Any one out there have suggestions. JEBSR
