One-A-Day Weightloss

My mom gave me a bottle of this stuff. (Centrum One-A-Day Weightloss) I was wondering if anyone has taken it and if it had most of the necessary vitamins in it. She didn't give me the box and I'm not quite sure what type of Weightloss program it is following. A friend told me it has Green Tea in it though.
