[COLOR=Purple]My name is Lisa. I teach computers in an elementary school. I did the "High Energy" diet in 2002 and was quite successful until I shattered my right wrist while rollerblading. The "need" for comfort food kicked in. I've since gained all the weight back. My goal is to lose about 120 pounds.

The Atkins is much easier than the "High Energy." Many more food choices, no shakes I have to drink, etc. My DH and I are doing this together. My DS - 4 years old - will also benefit from not eating out so much!
