Question about when to move to OWL

I'm about 28 pounds from my goal weight and I was wondering when I should move to OWL. I've been on Induction for 6 months now. I've heard many different answers from others I've asked and wanted some opinions from this board. Should I start doing OWL now or wait until I'm about 15-20 pounds from goal?
