[FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=4][COLOR=DarkGreen]Hello! Hubby and I are starting the Atkins Diet on sunday- we have already somewhat started but don't have the book yet. We have a lot to lose and since this is our first time doing something like this I was wondering which book is best to start with. We bought the "Atkins For Life" today, but it seems to be something more geared towards those who have already been using his plan. SO what book do we start with?
