Default Ladies and Gentlemen...

I have decided to start LCing early. Today is the first day and so far I am ok... couple of questions because, though I have read the book, it is better to get answers from those that live it.

1. How much water is the minimum? If I drink 4 liters a day I will NEVER get any work done. I hate the taste of water (or the lack thereof) and would drink more if it had a bit of taste. I have heard of lemon juice in it but isn't that a fruit? Also, if I make some no carb drink, can I have that even if it says that it has some sugar ose written on the packet? I would love to drink that for dinner and have it as a popsicle after dinner.

2. How much lettuce CAN I eat? I love salads and vegetables but I am REALLY afraid of going over my limit in carbs by eating too much. I don't want to be hungry either and I know that I need to eat alot of meat (now I know what to do with all the left over turkey) but I would rather eat a HUGE salad (I am not going to eat any dressing with it because I know it has hidden sugars I don't care WHAT the carbs say)

3. I used to smoke so I am a snacker. If I don't have something that I am chewing on then I will find the nearest thing (normally the candy machine.) Does anyone know of anything that I can snack on all day long that has little to no carbs so I don't have to worry about watching what I eat.

4. Is it possible to get too little carbohydrates? I know this sounds stupid but if I keep my carbs under 10 would that inhibit my weightloss any?

This is my second time really doing this and I need ALOT of support. Getting through the first 2 weeks is the HARDEST! Thank you to all of you that are here!
