Craving Protein
Anyone else starting to crave protein rich foods with this way of eating? I find myself craving a can of tuna or some almonds these days. This is such a turnaround from the old days of craving oatmeal cream pies and oreo cookies. It feels so good to see my cravings starting to finally change after 6 months on Atkins. When I cheated over Christmas I really felt it. I had chocolate pie for breakfast and man did I pay for it. I had no energy and felt so lethargic, I had to tear myself off the couch.
