exercise before bed?
I really want Atkins to work for me. I've started 2 weeks ago and I'm reading all the success stories and they all have one very important thing in common: exercise.
I hate to exercise. I barely like walking... espically not in THIS cold weather. The ONE physical activity I love to do over and over is swimming. I have found a YMCA near me that has swimming but the only available hours for Adult Laps is from 9:00 to 10:00 at night.
Are there any hazzards/advantages to doing exercise right before bed?
