Default is it time for OWL?

I've been on induction for a month today and I've lost 11 of the 47 pounds I need to lose. I'm not sure if moving on to OWL is the right thing to do. I still have 36 more pounds to go and I have this fear that if I add more carbs I will lose slower (only lost 1 pound this week). I wonder if I just stuck with 20 carbs but ate a variety of things off of both the induction and OWL lists would it help with the weight loss at all or should I just move on to OWL? Has anyone had these doubts and moved on and lost more or moved on and lost less? Anyone's input is appreciated.
