I just came back from Applebees for a luncheon with the girls and asked if they had a low carb menu and the waitress proceeded to show me all the Low Fat entrees. I told her No, not low fat, low carb. And she looked at me like I was talking another language!

How come Low fat gets noticed and not low carb at restaurants??



I hope they start getting with the program...

Anyhow I had the portabelo mushroom swiss burger minus the bun and fries.
