Hi All!

I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself since I am new to the forums.

My name is Toni aka Tonibaby. I am a 32 yr. old female from Virginia. I am the mother to one 11 yr. old daughter. My hobbies include website & graphic design (sigtags,dolls, & blinkies), reading (horror & true crime), music (anything but country) and camping (yes, in a tent..lol!).

I have been overweight since I was a child and have tried every diet that has come out since the 1980's. This will be my second attempt at the Atkins plan, the first time around I didn't give it enough of a chance to work, and as a result I have managed to gain about 30 pounds since then. Due to increasing health problems associated with this last 30 pounds I am finally ready to lose this weight. I am tired of getting out of breath from doing simple daily tasks like washing dishes, sweeping & mopping, and taking the dogs for a walk around the block.

So there you have it...me in a nutshell
