Exclamation Need some advice

Ok, so i've been doing this induction thing for almost 1 month. I originally planned on doing induction until I lose at least 10 lbs. I'm only down 6 since I started. Although my body shape has definately changed. My question is should I go with my original goal of staying on induction until I lose 10 lbs or should I begin to increase my carbs? I started wondering after I read some of the forums about how people can start to lose better after increasing their carbs? If this is true and if so what causes that? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I'm also a borderline diabetic, i don't know if it has any barring on the topic but I just thought I'd add it just in case
