I would love to spend an April weekend in Paris, looking for and maybe even buying some lovely frock for a slimmed-down me....I just started Atkins -- am on Day Three, and down 2 lbs. I did Atkins about four years ago and lost 28 pounds and was in heaven!!! But various family crises (parents dying, partner of 13 years leaving me, etc.) brought a crazed eating sugar phase into my life. All the weight is back.... I am starting again....I started at 167 -- today I am 165 -- I want to be at 135 by April..... and have a mini-goal of 160 by New Year's, 155 by 1 February..and then reassess.... Any one want to join me for an April Goal?
