My pants are baggy!
I have been on Atkins for almost two weeks and I'm so excited because my pants are baggy and have these buldges in them that use to be filled with me! It has been so hard to lose weight over the years and now I'm finally seeing results. I must say that out of all of the diets, all of the diet pills and exercise, atkins is the only one that has worked for me. I just bought this great low-carb cook book that has anything that you can imagine in it, it's called "500 low-carb recipes" by Dana Carpender, perfect for this diet. Just thought I'd give everyone a heads up.
