Default Is it high protein or high fat that make for success?

I'm back on Atkins after a stressed out year with major family problems where I couldn't seem to stick to anything. I have lots of Thanksiving turkey left that's high protein but not high fat. If I eat mostly this turkey on induction will I lose, or do I have to have a lot of fat in my diet?

Thanks for your help.
