OK i just found out i can't do the really low carb thing,I had my gallbladder out 2 yrs ago and i am soppost to eat low fat......well with the low carb there is alot of fat.And needless to say it goes right through me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried things to help it but no go.
So i am doing the slim fast thing but still trying to watch my carbs....WOW what a chore.......shakes are like 25grams of carbs them self.Any way just wanted to know had any of you done the slim fast?And what was the outcome?And also is there a way to still low carb with the slim fast?Hope it is not a dumb ?
