Default what a fabulous crew

I just reread the posting to see where ya'll were from, and wow...what an international flair this group has. I've never used the computer to talk like this before, and I am so impressed. My computer makes me money - as I am a large format advertising specialist (signmaker) so I never do anything else with it, because I spend so much time on it doing graphics...
Anyway, the inspiration I get from you gals is just what I needed to stay with it. I'm on day 5 of induction, got past the 3rd day hurdle and will use ketone strips to see how deep in ketosis i can get. I didn't use them in the beginning ( May) when I had finally bottomed out at 203 and couldn't put on a pair of queen size panty hose...drove to walmart that night and bought THE BOOK. Lost over 8# the 1st 2 weeks and kept it up for awhile. These last 2 months have been creeping into owl--(ongoing weight loss) at 2 or 3 #'s per month and it just isn't enough. So that is why I am here. To get inspired and remotivated to keep with the program and keep the exercize up.
L-Tyrosine is an amino acid that maintains the serotonin level/balance in your brain, Happy juice as I refer to it. Helps with depression, anxiety, cravings supposedly. Lke turkey meat with tryptophan - an amino acid too- they use to sell trytophan over the counter, but pulled it off because of the stupido's who overused it and became lethargic (prozac came into the market...hint, hint) Anyway, B50's are vitamin b complex ~50 mg. each pill. I am lucky to have a certified nutritionalist working at the health food store in this little town, who is my lo carb guru, really nice guy willing to chat with me about anything. Now we are working on my commitment to stop smoking. Nothing herbally will work - maybe a padded room for 30 days LOL. Anyone got a relief pill for this??
Well the kids are up, gotta go make pancakes...and boil some more hard boild eggs for me. Good news....I got into a size 12 pair of jeans yesterday....Yipee, can't wait till monday's weigh in. Have a great weekend Ya'll
Later - from your favorite Florida GATOR
