2 Week Dairy-free Challenge
Hello all,
I have been low-carbing since July and have done quite well so far; down 24 lbs in 4 months. Lately, I've more been reading on the ill effects of dairy on the human body and eventually, I got to a point where I was wondering how much better would I feel and could I lose weight faster if I just cut it all out? I love my cream in my coffee and my cheeses, but for 2 weeks, I have decided to eliminate all dairy from my diet and journal my results. If there are any of you out there who have some invaluable information or would like to join me, I would absolutely love the company. I will be officially starting tomorrow, November 21st.
