Default Ryvita?? Yes/No/Maybe??

Hello All,

I feel a little weird popping in on the UK crowd, but there doesn't appear to be any Irish people low carbing these days!

Quick question: I have started the second phase of Dr. Atkins programme. Is one or two Ryvita ok since it doesn't have wheat, etc.

Don't get me wrong I LOVE my fry in the a.m. but sometimes I just want one ryvita with a little cream cheese..

Thanks!

Katyspice
