Question about walnuts?

My DH, find out I was doing atkins, and is buying me treats, nuts, meat ect....
Welp he bought a bag of walnuts and it list 3 carbs per a serving, and 3 fiber per a serving, soooooo going by the net carbs, this would mean that none of these carbs can be asorbed into the body RIGHT? So, this would make it a 0 carb food.

Just want to check this out and see if I got it right.
