help with fitday?? what is carb count for atkins products

Hi there just thought I would try that fitday program of tracking food etc...
to customize foods where do the atkins products fit in? In the carb column do I just put the net carbs and no fibre? because it does not ask for sugartype or amounts?? any one know??
