Hello everyone,

Hope everyone is being successful with their weight loss.

I have a couple of questions.

1. I've been getting headaches on and off, usually when I start to get hungry. Why? And does this happen to anyone else?

2. For the past 2 days, when I get hungry, I kinda feel nauseated. Is this normal and does anyone else have the same problem? (ruled out pregnancy already, just in case that was one of your thoughts)
