Default new to the world of atkins

Im hoping somebody out there can give me some advice, I,ve been on the atkins diet for about a month and lost 9lbs yet the weight is very slowly coming off even though i,ve kept to the induction part. Im not sure how much food im allowed to eat, i usually have a large cheese omlette for lunch and a large steak with salad and a bit of brocolli for dinner, in the evenings i,d snack on two pork sausages and i have 5 cups of decaf with whipping cream each day. am i eatting too much. ive also started exercising 3 times a week. please help as i feel im at a stale mate.
