If you are only having 75% fat, then that's not the fat fast, it's induction. On induction what works best for most people is to have 70-75% fat. Atkins is a high fat diet, not a high protien one. Through all the stages you should be getting adiquet protien to help build and repair things. That is one thing that bothers me about the fat fast, Short term it's not bad, but after a while, where do you think your body will go for the protien it needs?
Monitoring on fitday and shooting for 70-75% fat, watching hidden carbs so you stay at 20 net, and watching the protien so you get adiquet not massive is enough to get most people losing again. I'd recomend trying that before venturing onto the fat fast.
