Question question to the rxperts about OWL

Calling all experts!
As of tonight I will have officially completed my two weeks of induction (I do have a two year old neices bday party tonight but I'm determied to keep up all my good wrok and effort)
From tomorrow I want to start gong up the carb ladder - I need your help!
It says in the book that you add 5g per week and lists food, starts with veges and then cheeses, nuts berries etc etc does that mean that i have to wait another three weeks before I add nuts or have i misunderstood, Dr A says that one of the first foods he encourages patients to have after induction are Nuts, It also says that if you intoduce a new food you should have it about three times a week befote going on to everyday! If I am wrong then does that mean can have 25g carb everyday mostly from veg but if by Frday i want something else I can add, chesse, nuts/berries as long as I stay in 25g this week?
Please help me understand?
Oh yes I'm going to wigh myself tomorrow - fingers crossed!
PO
