I tried some spaghetti squash for the first time ever and it's amazing ! I served it with some spicy tomato sauce and lots of parmesan. It was great, the texture was very very close to angel hair pasta cooked a la dente.

While not carb-free it's much better than pasta. You get rid of your pasta craving all for the low price of 10 carbs.

My next project is to make some Pad Thai with it. It's going to be awesome !
