intro

Hi, I'm Bette and I've been doing Atkins since Jan 1st 2003. I was 201 and last weigh in was 166. My goal is 150 and that will be pretty thin for me. I'm 5'8". I don't consider myself "on" Atkins anymore , it's wol now.
