Ok folks I have a lot of data compiled here from all of your responses. First off, what FANTASTIC results we have seen from all the members. I have read every last post and enjoyed thoroughly seeing all of your successes. I will post more data under this thread with details for women only, and for men only, but for now here is the combined information broken down in four week pieces.



This table breaks all the responses down into these weekly categories. The table shows how many respondents fell into each of these weekly categories. For example, my results fall only in the week 53 through 200 category and do not impact the results for any other category.

I could have broken this down into one week at a time categories but I was too lazy!

I want you all to IGNORE the pounds category. I put it in there because people want to see pounds. The Percentage category is THE telling statistic here. This shows the percentage of weight lost from Start to Current.

As I mentioned, this weekend I will post similar stats for women only and also for men only. I'm also working on putting this to the web so you can view the stats yourself!
