I slice zucchini and sauté it slowly in olive oil with garlic. When its cooked enough I serve with a bit of sour cream. Think I saw that on the naked chef. One can never have too many zucchini recipes at this time of year.
What about green tomatoes? I know its the wrong time of the year to start thinking about them but I was wondering what the carb count would be on them when they are green. I love fried green tomatoes.
