After four weeks of watching the scales sit on the exact same number, they finally moved! Monday I was down to 250 and then Tuesday it was 248. I know that I shouldn't weigh that often, but I was so excited to see movement that I had to make sure that it was real. So, today I looked again, and it is still 248. I cannot remember the last time I was below 250. It is very exciting, and I just wanted to share.
