I broke 145

I hit 145 on Saturday and today I'm 144! This is significant to me because:

1) This was my old WW goal weight, I haven't been here since the day I hit WW goal

which proves how good their maintenance program worked for me!

2) I am now in a safe weight range based on BMI.
