I Love soynuts!!

I used to buy them at Henry's, a local health food chain,
but they were too salty.
I found them at Big Lots (used to be Pic'n'Save) a discount store:
The brand is Good Sense and its 99 cents for an 8 oz. bag.
They have BBQ but i prefer the plain.

They are great in salads, instead of croutons, trust me!!

Mine say a serving is 1/3 cup with 5 net carbs.
