Default back and trying again and re splenda

[I]Hi there everyone!
I started doing lc a couple of months ago and then fell off the wagon! Since then I think that I may even have gained a few extra pounds which is discouraging. However I started a new ex program that I relaly enjoy and which has toned toned toned my bod esp my legs, tush and arms so although I still need to reach my goal in terms of weight loss I have made progress in this other area.
One of the reasons that I stopped lcing last time is that I had very bad reaction to Splenda. Not only do I think I may be one of the unlucky ones whose body looks at it like sugar, I also was using way too much of it. In addition I had an allergic type reaction to it (maybe it was to the maltodextrin I am not sure) I had stomach probs as well as feeling very depressed and headachy all the time So this time am not going to do any sweetners. Also want to see if this helps me lose my lifelong sugar addiction.
[COLOR=Purple]I am a veg. I am trying to stick to under 30 g of carbs.
I am hoping to lose this time...really a lot!
Any help or suggestions would be so appreciated!

thanks so much!
