Thanks for the advice on the crisp breads, Anne you are right I am wrong I am reading the sugar carbs the breads were 3.9g.

Well it happend I fell of that dam wagon last night, had a pkt of walkers crips 25g and a few bottles of Bud ( won't say how many). Don't know about the untold damage I have done but I am sure the scales will tell me in a few days time.

I just got a little fed up with myself and wot with no weight coming off a little bit of what u fancy does u good?? DOESN'T IT!!!

I never made it back on to induction the other week but will have to get my head round going back on it. My clothes still feel to be getting bigger on me though so something must still be happening.

Has anyone seen the mail this morning another article on the Atkins Diet saying that Food watchdogs have issued warnings that diets like Atkins could KILL?? ( Just thought i would tell u about that article Load of bunkum if u ask me).
