Hi all, I have just joined to day, and have no idea if I am posting in the right place. This site is quite new to me, but I shall find my way around I am sure. I am a Type 1 diabetic, no longer young, and new to low carbing--or my version of it--injecting insulin means you have to tread a fairly tight line, and weight changes only come with reduction of insulin...my main goal in low-carbing.
