Does it matter which book?

Hi,

I just picked up the "Dr. Atkins NEW diet Revolution book which is dated 1992. Does it matter which book I use and are the newer versions much different? I got it at the library and will probably actually purchase the new one at a later date. But for now, my question is does it matter which version?
