Default Still sore...should I train?

Hi Lifers,

Unfortunately, I'm still very sore, both upper and lower body. I've read that we shouldn't train if we're still sore. I did a HIIT instead of lifting tonight, but I'm wondering if I should go ahead and do a light version of training tomorrow. My biceps and shoulders are fully recovered but my pecs are still dead. I'm also rather slow getting up and walking around, so I'm not sure a LB would be a good thing either. Or, I suppose I could just do another HIIT and see what I'm like for Saturday.

I trained UB on Sunday and LB on Tuesday this week. Note to self: use half the weights you started with.
