I have been trying to follow similar threads for awhile but it seems that most of the are not being updated anymore.
My name is Rosie and I am a stay at home mom. I am nursing a 4 month old and was wondering if there are any other moms who would like to start a discussion? I limit my carbs to <60 carbs for fear ketosis will affect my milk production, but I have read of other moms going much lower.
I am willing to discuss anything! I could talk to a tree sometimes, so it would definately be good to interact with other adults.
